You arrive and sit down with Jess
This is not a rushed consult where someone glances at your face. You get a full hour, one-on-one, with Jess. She asks about your skin history, your current routine, and what you want to achieve.
Skin analysis under the lamp
Jess examines your skin under magnified light to identify pigmentation type, redness, capillaries, congestion, milia, and overall skin health. This is where the real diagnosis happens.
You get your diagnosis
Jess tells you exactly what your skin is doing. What type of pigmentation you have, what type of rosacea, why your skin is reacting the way it is. No guessing, no vague answers, just a real clinical assessment.
You get your personalised plan
A clear plan for what your skin needs now, in three months, and in a year. What to treat, when to treat it, what products to use, and what to stop using. If a treatment package makes sense, Jess will recommend one. If your skin just needs rest and the right routine, that is what you get.
Optional treatment on the day
If you want to start immediately, we can upgrade your session to include a treatment. No pressure, just an option if you want to begin right away. If not, you go home with your plan and book treatments when you are ready.

How much is the diagnostic session? +
The skin diagnostic is $100 for a 60-minute one-on-one consultation. This includes a full skin analysis, a personalised treatment plan, and home care guidance.
Is the diagnostic a facial? +
No. The diagnostic is a clinical assessment of your skin. If you want to add a treatment on the day, we can upgrade your session, but the diagnostic itself is about diagnosis and planning, not treatment.
Will I be pressured to buy a package? +
No. Jess will give you an honest assessment and a plan. If your skin just needs the right products and rest, that is what she will tell you. If a treatment package makes sense, she will recommend one. No hard sells, no gimmicks.
What if I have been over-treated or have sensitive skin? +
This is one of the most common things Jess sees. People come in with sensitive, reactive skin from being over-treated at other clinics. The diagnostic is exactly where you start. Jess will assess the damage and build a plan to repair your skin barrier.

We are at 91 Beattie Street, Balmain, Sydney. Full address and directions are provided once your booking is confirmed. We are open until 8pm Monday to Friday.
